Gscoolink GSV6172 is a high-performance, low-power consumption MIP D-PHY CSI-2/DSI and LVDS VESA/JEIDA to Type-C/DP 1.4/HDMI2.0 hybrid converter. With the use of a single-port MIPI interface, 4K60 422 can be transmitted using a single-portIPI interface. For LVDS VESA/JEIDA interface, 1080p60 RGB can be transmitted using a single-port LV interface. By integrating an enhanced microcontroller, GSV6172 creates an economical and efficient solution that offers a time-to-market advantage. DP transmit supports up 32.4Gbps (HBR3, 4 lanes), HDMI transmit supports up to 18Gbps (TMDS, 6G/3). GSV6172 has embedded channel configuration (CC), power delivery (PD) controller, and Billboard USB 2.0 controller, which can supportIPI to Type-C Alt mode bridge applications. The excellent architecture of GSV6172 provides a cost-effective, ***ce-saving solution with a smaller footprint usingFN64, targeted for low-power embedded applications.
GSV6172's DP and HDMI ports achieve HDCP 1.4 and HDCP .2/2.3. Color ***ce conversion, 420-444/422 conversion, de-interlacer, and scaler are supported flexible video processing. Audio insertion for HDMI Tx and DP Tx is supported for audio processing.
GSV6172 operates within a temperature range of 0o to 70oC, within the 4kV HBM tolerance range.
An internal video generator is available for generating any uncompressed video timing defined in DP H3 bandwidth, such as 4K@60Hz, 4K@30Hz, 480i@60Hz.
